1. Abstract.
It is of a great Importance for teaching, the investigation and Stock and Exercise of bounds interdisciplinary profession to September. Show Special Relationship to the Analytic Chemistry and the Statistic now days. Described the current situation and the Demands of linking the considerable Interest Between Them.
Because of That, the preparation of Our Professionals Should Take Into Account Both the formation in branches of sciences and, it Should Be in Their training the students existent relationship.
The result of this work Could Be Used To complete the study of Pharmaceutical Analysis by the students of the Pharmacy career, diverse habits and Abilities They Could gain Particularly in the linked Matters and, in a more general way for future Their formation like professionals. It Brings a scientific – technical and Economic Benefit.
2. Introduction.
The interdisciplinary linkages is of great importance to teaching, research and practice of any profession. Analytical Chemistry and Statistics today show a special relationship (Willard, 1991, 20). This situation and current needs for research and production in the medical field – pharmaceutical make it of considerable interest in the relationship between them. Therefore, the preparation of future professionals should include training in both branches of science and should train them in the relationship between them.
The new program which was implemented in the career of pharmacy course provides Biometrics 98-99 is provided in the second semester of first year and from the second year will begin teaching the discipline to pharmaceutical analysis Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis subjects and Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis in the first and second semesters respectively. This organization suggests the need to design teaching strategies that used during the educational process in these subjects to ensure linkages between the two branches of knowledge.
By using the previous curriculum was accumulated some experience in the work of interdisciplinary links between statistics and pharmaceutical analysis that was conducted in the second year of studies (Ramirez, 2000). Also in other university has worked with a view to relate mathematics to the subjects of the specialty (Santos, 1997). The improvement of the educational process in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Analysis Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis from the point of view of linking these subjects to Statistics allows us to attain the aspirations of the student training in this specialty in the field of pharmaceutical analysis because will provide the enrichment of habits and abilities of these branches of science and should also help to improve your performance as a future college graduate.
It was therefore decided to start this investigation with the purpose of defining the characteristics required to submit a teaching strategy that is designed to foster interdisciplinary links between the Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis and Biometrics.

According to Carlos Alvarez de Zayas (Alvarez, 1992, 20) … “method is a category of the educational process, is defined as how to develop the process to achieve the objective. It is not part of the process, but one of characteristics, which provides the logic, order, the sequence in the dynamics of the process to arrive at the end, in correspondence with the different teaching conditions that may be present … ”
P. Perez (Perez, 1994, 103) to treat the method as one of the elements of the curriculum refers to the justification for proposing a methodology … “In the complex process of communication teaching methods and strategies have to configure the way in which divide, organize and related objectives, contents and activities, which represents a decisional process that can be done regardless of what that entails the solution of these other components of the curriculum especially those that refer to activities such as setting experiences of learning. ”
This paper argues that a teaching strategy is a program that is developed to indicate how to combine objectives, contents and activities in the educational process that develops in a certain environment and brings together a series of recommendations and procedures in be considered in developing learning situations for use in that particular process in order to achieve the objective and the implementation of the policies defined in this case are focused on achieving set during the dispensing of Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis and Instrumental Analysis Pharmaceutical link Biometrics interdisciplinary cash to improve the habits and skills acquired in each of these branches of science through its application in solving problems in that they found a practical use of interest in the field of discipline pharmaceutical analysis and training for both professional pharmacist who can reach students.
4. Analysis of the results.
Work developed using methodology qualitative research. As techniques for collecting data was the review of official documents, books and specialty journals, surveys and interviews. In addition was made a SWOT matrix with the participation of professors of Analytical Chemistry and Mathematics linked to the career of pharmacy. Finally we apply the method of expert criteria, according to the method “Kepner – Tregoe” with four consultation sessions where questionnaires were used.
In the data analysis used the detailed description, triangulation and content analysis as the analytical procedure.
The information provided by students of the second year of Pharmacy showed that it was Physics II (Electromagnetism, Optics and Modern Physics) in the first half and then the Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis in the second half, the subjects who maintained a common bond with Biometrics through the labs with the preparation of their reports and use of descriptive statistics and regression analysis, which was expanded in Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis extraclase a task that was used in addition to testing hypotheses . In general the responses of teachers and students showed that there is satisfaction with the relationship between the biometrics and the subjects involved and there is potential to improve the situation in the subjects of Physics and pharmaceutical analysis, the latter should play a leading role in establishment of interdisciplinarity, which is not currently produce, while organic chemistry for his approach has no chance of using biometrics and not participate in the search for a better interdisciplinary.
The preparation of the SWOT matrix unveiled as important elements for their involvement negatively on the interdisciplinary relationship of Biometrics, Chemical Pharmaceutical Analysis and Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis, the necessary stability in the faculty not met for those teaching Biometrics shortcomings in the curriculum of this course and the lack of student motivation for it. In addition, as threats to the purpose integrating the lack of resources and efficient management of these as well as high weekly teaching load in the second year students.
Reference to these items is clearly a need to develop a strategy for teaching during the dispensing of Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis and Instrumental Analysis Pharmaceutical favor the interdisciplinary relationship with biometrics so as to give effect to the objectives outlined in the Curriculum and refine skills and habits associated with certain contents, for what may be necessary to refine and develop activities in these subjects, develop new learning situations, etc.. This paper reported the following results:
Organization of the strategy.
Should be developed in the first and second half with a widespread activity at the end of the second semester and students must participate individually and collectively to solve problems presented by the teacher to the student so that they can take into account the characteristics of the student in the course and that these learning situations combined situations where data has been obtained experimentally by other students and the teacher develop using data from the literature or other sources. Teaching activities that are applied must be the labs through its reports, practical classes through exercises and problems designed for this purpose and in conferences with teacher intervention on statistical concepts relevant to the Analytical Chemistry , ending a task extraclase.
Objectives of design activities.
From the analytical point of view should be: to determine accuracy and precision, compare results and to make calibration curves.
From the statistical point of view: to implement a procedure Biometrics, interpret results and design experiments.
Content design activities.
From the analytical point of view: Variants of making calibration curves: ownership concentration and addition to the standard. Factors influencing blood analysis.
From the statistical point of view: concepts of descriptive statistics: mean, variance, error, coefficient of variability, hypothesis testing, simple linear regression analysis.
Given these indications, we designed exercises that complemented those requirements and the course itself was applied and evaluated the use of those developed for use in the task extraclase. The students’ opinion about it was favorable.
5. Conclusions.
Characterized the situation of the interdisciplinary relationship of Biometrics with the subjects investigated in the second year of Bachelor of Pharmacy.
A diagnosis of external and internal factors related to the educational process for the subjects Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis and Instrumental Analysis Pharmacist that can affect the purpose of the teaching strategy.
Established indications as to the organization, objectives and contents to be taken into consideration when developing learning situations used in the proposed teaching strategy.
Relate forms of teaching subjects Pharmaceutical Chemical Analysis and Instrumental Analysis Pharmacist exercises that can be used in presenting learning situations developed and tested the performance of a task in the course extraclase Pharmaceutical Instrumental Analysis with learning situations prepared as directed in the teaching strategy designed and favorable results were achieved for the interdisciplinary relationship between the subjects investigated.

Development Model SCADA requirements
Introduction Software engineering is a vast area of computing that gives developers and software developers a set of procedures and techniques for the successful development, implementation or maintenance of software. “The discipline within software engineering, responsible for dealing with the desires and needs of users, is the engineering requirements (IR). Traditionally, IR has spread like a blurred part of the software life cycle, obtained in a formal specification of informal ideas. ” (1) This stage is critical for the attainment of a quality product, as errors related to the requirements are more expensive to correct during the construction of software. Its importance lies in that the definition of the requirements …
Positive and negative administrative silence
To address this issue let me make a brief account of the meaning of the concept of administrative silence, and negative administrative silence administrative silence. Also, explain each of these terms, both in the new Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Disputes (Act 1437 of 2011), and the current Administrative Code (Decree 01 of 1984), along with some jurisprudential pronouncements different sections, like the interpretation doctrinaires that legal scholars do in these matters. Administrative silence Administrative Silence is a presumption or legal fiction whereby after a certain period without resolving the government and also produced some circumstances, be deemed denied or granted the request or the appeal brought by individuals …
